In case you haven't heard, W can add sexual assault to his list of accomplishments. W approached (from behind) German Chancellor Angela Merkin at a private summit of eight different world leaders and gave her an unwanted and unsolicited shoulder rub while the other members of the summit looked away frat boy style.
