Who shot Dan?

For my blog today, I would like to discuss the myriad of ways in which One Tree Hill is derivative. First, of the movie Love and Basketball. Lucas and Nathan play a game of one on one to determine whether or not one of them will continue to withhold friendship from the other. Second, of the most popular eighties plot device, Who shot JR? Who set the fire in an attempt to kill Dan? Was it Lucas? Dan seems to think. Or Keith? He did disappear. Or perhaps Karen? She quasi confessed, didn't she? Well fuck it, I guess its more like two ways in which OTH is derivative.
