Go ahead, make my day

They have a committee here at the job called the Make their Day committee. I think they are suppossed to be morale boosters of sorts. They send out frequent emails reminding us to do something that will make someone's day. An example (although not an exact re-creation) would be something like: "Hey Everyone, today why not make a sexual advance toward someone you don't even like, maybe someone less good looking. It will make their day." And every once in a while, we get a special email asking us to "make our own" day that day, so really no telling what they mean by that. Anyway, my point here, is that anyone who would voluntarily join this committee, must be one of the biggest losers in the world.
